On a CCM v4.0 site where there are many users with shared ine appearances ( not using IPMA)- is there a way to either:
1- Only register the quantity of missed calls on the display of the phone for the users primary line
or
2- Remove the display that shows this eg: not show "x missed calls" at all on the phone
Reson for this requirement is where we have a secretary who might look after 4 diferent managers with shared lines for each manager , the display of the phone 'worryingly' shows many missed calls when in fact they have simply been picked up by the primary owner of that line ( eg the managers)
I dont want this to effect the ability to look whithin the directories at missed calls.
