Missed incoming calls from FXO won't go to CUE VM

Greetings.

I've got a 2611XM running 12.3(11T) IP- Voice with CUE v1.1.2 working great internally within the business, VM works on the internal network, and incoming calls go to the correct IP phones. We have three FXO lines active.

The problem is that when an incoming call rings on the IP phones, it won't correctly roll over to VM. As in, line one is x2001, and line two is x2020. A separate phone has a line one as x2002. The FXO port plars to x2020, and the phone rings properly but won't go to VM.

But, on the second phone, I can use x2002 to call x2020 (all on the local LAN) and then x2020 properly hits VM and I can leave a message in VM.

The problem appears to be the passing of digits from the FXO to the phone and to VM. The dialpeer and dialplan debugs show that the peers are matching and the call is being routed to VM. Listening to the rings, it appears that VM is indeed picking up the call but then dropping it when the call originates from the outside world.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks, Jeff

Not 100% sure what is going on here (this is a very common configuration). If you're plaring to 2020 it should be the same as calling 2020 internally. Do you not ever hear audio from CUE? I think if you could upload the 'show run', there's got to be something with the configuration that is inhibiting this.

You may also want to grab a 'debug ccsip all' of the call when it forwards to CUE and see if it is really going to voicemail and if something jumps out there.
