Hi Guys,
I have received call manager upgrade kit 3.3 but I have not received any operating system disks like hardware detection, operating system and os/bios update.
Could anyone tell me what shall I do now ?

What was the partnumber for the software that you ordered? Also what is your hardware platform?

Hi Mate,
It is a MCS 7835 runing 3.1. The part number we have order was SW-CCM-3.3-UPG.
Just wondering without the hardware detction disk how can I start the upgrade.

Yes, you should have received the OS CD's with this. You should call Customer Service to get these replaced:
