MOH used to play then stopped

Dear Team,

We have  CUCM running on publisher and subscriber.The default MOH tones have been running,then we imported other audios and they were running well for about 1 year.Recently i noticed that they are no longer running.even when i set the default audios they are not running.what could be wrong?kindly help.

What exactly happens when you put a call on hold, instead of the music what does the person hear?
