Monitor CUCM with SolarWinds NPM

Greetings,

I would like to use SolarWinds NPM 21.0.1 to monitor my CUCM 11.5 cluster.

How would I configure NPM and SNMP on the CUCM cluster to make this happen?

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

You configure SNMP under serviceability as per the instructions you should have on how to create it.

First thing, Turn on the Cisco CallManager SNMP service

Overview

This article describes how to turn on the Cisco CallManager SNMP service.

Log on to your Cisco Unified Serviceability on the CallManager Configuration Web Console.
Go to the Tools tab and select Control Center - Feature Services.
Select the corresponding server.
Go to the Performance and Monitoring Services area and check whether the Cisco CallManager SNMP Service is started.
If it is not the case, select the service.
Click the Start button.

The below template is for monitoring some metrics if you have a SAM (Server and Application Monitor).
