Hello -
Is there a way to disable references to the Cisco Unity inbox for unified messaging implementations? We only need access to Unity Assistant and I noticed the Help Files also refer to the Unity inbox in several places, which may confuse our end users when we migrate to Unity 4.x.
Secondly, is there a way to skip from the ciscopca logon directly into the user's configuration, without having to first select the hyperlink to Unity Assistant?

In regards to your first question if you go to COS licensed feature you can eg for your default subscribers only enable Unity Assistant.
I will be looking into your second question as well.

In regards to your second question I would also inform your account team about your wish to have this redirected directly so that they add this to the other feature request (mentioned in a previous post).
