Last question about this honest!!!

Does anyone know how to change the date/time stamp that UOne announces when delivering voice mail?

At present, even though the system clock is correct UOne announces that voice mail has been delivered five hours BEFORE it actually has been. I've checked the UM.ini file for the DateNTimeFormat entry but it doesn't exist!!

The version of UOne is 4.1.1

Andy,

Two places to look for this information. First, make sure the Timezone and time are correct on the uOne server. The next place to check is going to be the upower interface and select the timezone for your user. I belive that the default for all users is EST -5, which means any user that are not in the eastern timezone will have incorrect delivery information when listening to messages.
