MRA Jabber not able to contact Unity (Visual Voicemail)

Hi team:

I have a CUCM 10.5.2 deployment with Expressway E and C X8.7.2. Everything work fine but MRA users are not able to connect to Unity in order to get access to their voicemail.

I have checked the IP address of the unity server is inside the HTTP Server allow list.

While I was revieing , the only relevant thing I can see is that in the "conection status" inside Jabber the Unity server (while MRA) apperas to be the private IP address of the server.

Not sure if this matter or if there is some DNS related config to add.

While the client is on-premises the problem is solved. Users can connect and retrieve their voicemail from Jabber.

Can you help us?

When you say that you "checked the IP address of the unity server is inside the HTTP Server allow list" do you mean that you verified that they had been automatically added to the list?

As crazy as this sounds, I would suggest that you manually add the same Unity server IPs/FQDNs and see if it has any effect on Visual Voicemail.
