CCM 4.0. When I have an active call on Cisco IP phone 7905 or 1912 phones,and then I recieve the second call to the same phone. Then I can answer the second call while original call will be on hold. After finishing the second call there is no way of retrieveing the original call ( still on hold). Is there any way to re-assigh soft-keys to have this functionality ?
This scenario works properly with 7940/7960 phpnes.

Yes, for sure it is,
Verify under the IP Phone Device configuration.
The Softkey template.
Use Standard User.
And try again.

Yes I already have standard user softkey template for user device profile.
I have user device profiles defined as 7960. They are loggin to 7905 and 7912 mostly. Do I have this problem due to differant device types in device profile and the actual phone ?
