I have troubles with a VoIP connection between 2 IOS routers through the internet. One of them has a public address and the other a private one, so there is another router translating with NAT, but the voice is working only in one direction (private-to-public).
I think the IP address of the "private" router is going inside the H.245 setup message.
Does anybody know any document or example configuration for a similar case?

For my opinion, the easiest way to achiev voice going through both way is to use port forwarding system or port triggering.
It is very simple rule set that forward the VoIP packets to the private GW whenev UDP packet with H.323 udp port hits the NAT router.

Hello,
We have already encounter this problem.
We solve it by upgrading the IOS of our routeur that was doing the NAT to ENTERPRISE PLUS/H323 MCM 12.2.6.
You can test an other solution that consist in using a VPN.
