I am currently using BAT 5.1(3).
1. Open up BAT.
2. Go to Configure -> Phones,
3. Select the Update Lines radio button and click Next.
Select the lines you want to update by using the drop down menu's to select the fields and then enter the criteria.
For example if I wanted to select a line where the Directory number was 1120. I would use the drop down menu's to select
Directory Number - begins with - 1120
Click on
Add To Query, then click Next.
You can verify if the query matched the phones you want to update by using the View Query Result link.
You should see a windows that says Step 2 of 2.
You can select any of the parameters, by placing a check mark and either entering the values or selecting from the drop down menus.
At the bottom of the page there is an entry for Maximum Number of Calls and Busy Trigger.
Once you have entered the new values, click on the Update button on the top of the page.
