NEW TO VoIP... need advise to buy good books!

I need advise to purchase literature or get my hands in a source of information that can give me an introduction to VoIP FOR BEGINNERS and move on from there to more complex examples and books.

Consider I have a high level of understanding and hands-on in routing/switching but ABSOLUTELY NON EXPERIENCE in IPT. Thanks.

www.ciscopress.com will have IPT books at various levels.

I have Cisco Call Manager Fundamentals... good overview and IP Telephony Troubleshooting is a must have if you are going to be running IPT.

www.cisco.com/go/srnd has all the design guides posted... but that might be a more intermediate read.
