No caller ID on incoming calls while in ESRST

No caller-ID on incoming calls while in ESRST. The incoming calls show "Unknown."

Router is a Cisco ISR4351/K9. I have the Show Run and Show Tech attached.

On every voice port you can configure this line:

voice-port 0/0/0
caller-id enable
!
