No other sounds when Attendant Console is running

Hi all,

I should installed the attendant Console (1.2(1)) on a couple of NT4 workstations. Installation seems fine but when the attendant console is running we are unable to play other Sound files (like wav, mp3, ...) We always recieve the message that the device is in use.

This also means we can't listen to voice mail messages we receive in Outlook.

Is there a way to tell the Attendant console not to use the sound device??
