hello
what is the difference between:
Cisco webattendant and Cisco call manager attendant console?

To be frank, WebAttendant is a piece of garbage that got thrown together so Cisco could say they had an attendant console back in CallManager 3.1.
CallManager Attendant Console is a complete replacement for WebAttendant, and you should almost certainly be running it. It has a few extras, it will show the parked calls list and some other things, but primarily it's easier to use and more stable. It also continues to be supported, whereas WebAttendant is no longer supported.

But the comic part of this is that users find more friendly work with WebAttendant than attendant console.

To be honest, if they were a TDM switchboard operator they would actually like neither. There are many things it still cannot do such as camp-on, toggle or support an enterprise DSS/BLF, which is a shame.
