When Callers call in from a Did on a PRI through a VG200 H323 to the Unity Opening greeting and transfer to a phone, there is No Ringback. We are using VG200 IOS 12.2.3 , Unity 2.46, Call Manager 3.1(2C)<br>12.2.3 fixed this problem in 3.1 (needed to set ToSendH225UserInfoMsg to TRUE)<br>But now it doesn;t work again! Help!!!<br><br>

Hey Mike, I noticed you got an answer from the Cisco NetPro IP Telephony forum... do you want to explain what fixed it for the benefit of anyone else who might run into this? A lot of people search the archives here too.

THis was a False Alarm. My VG200 Gateway Never had 12.2.3, I was using 12.5XM4 So the following DOES work
Vg200, Use 12.2.3 it fixes this problem in 3.1X (need to set ToSendH225UserInfoMsg to TRUE
