hi
i have configured cisco IPMA. It gets redirected to the Assistant correctly whenever any user calls the Manager's IPMAManaged Extension. But I do not get a ringtone on the Manager Phone for any incoming calls on that line. If there are any calls on the Intercom line (non IPMA Managed line), then the ringtone is heard. any idea how I can achieve the ringtone for the IPMA managed line on the Manager phone.

Are you using share-line mode or proxy-line mode?

I'm using proxy line mode. the call goes fine to the assistant when she is logged into the assistant console but does not ring at the manager phone. when the assistant is Offline, then the ringer gets activated & rings.
i tried to toggle the DND softkey but in either cases it still doesn;t ring when the assistant is logged into the console.
