We recently implemented some NEC voice switches and are getting choppy voice service. Cisco 6500/2950/3750 data switches. How can I prioritize the voice packets?

You can use cos values of 5 to prioritize voice traffic, and then put
it in priority queue, by setting number of packets for 4-th queue to
0. (WRR + Strict priority queuing). Search QoS for Catalyst switches
at Cisco.com
