I am trying to find suitable packages that will provide detail call accounting reports from the CallManager system. Any recommendations??

Take a look at IP Communications Applications Central on Cisco's website:

If you look at the Featured Technology Partners section:
... and click Call Accounting and Billing:

You'll see some the featured Call Accounting and Billing Application vendors- Avotus, ISI, and Mind. There are other Call Accounting and Billing solutions out there as well, which has been noted by others in this thread.

Have you tried CAR (CDR Analysis and Reporting)? This is a tool that's built in to CCM. Please see the following link for details.

The two that I have seen are WinCall and CommView. It think WinCall has the better product.

I have seen a few customers of mine using Veramark. This requires CDR to be enabled.
