Norton Ghost

Does anyone know if it's ok to install and use Norton Ghost? (Mirror the Call Manager/IPCC express HDD) Any information would be great.

You can use it to create a backup. But this software is not supported in the list of third party software that may be installed on Cisco callmanager. When I perform an upgrade, i always take a system image (using softwares like Ghost or Acronis trueimage) in case the upgrade fails. If you have a server that support drive removal, thats more than enough.

If you run into trouble, TAC wont help you with out uninstalling ghost out of there.
