When one voicemail such as a messaging service queue mailbox is shared by multiple users, can a voicemail be accessed by multiple users simultaneously? For an example, I am a messaging service center agent, we have a message drop voicemail box that is shared by all agents. I need to access the vm box and transcribe the message in the vm box. While I am transcribing the message, can other agent access the same vm box, and transcribe the next unread message in the vm box?
