We have a remote office connected to our CCM. The router is configured as an H323 gateway. Calls locally (within the remote office) are ok. Calls through our data network or out fxo ports at the remote office experiance a strange abnormality where the person in the remote office can not hear you, but the person on the other end can her them (happens to all phones there); almost like a one way pipe. I have tried numerous things, but can not clear up this problem. The temporary fix is that when a person in the remote office experiances this problem, they quickly switch to their second line and then back to the first (7940 phones). I am assuming this is a problem with RTP traffic, but don't know where to go from here.

I had a problem with one-way voice and used the command
voice rtp send-recv it fixed the problem.
This was on a vg200 with PRI, as an H.323 gateway. We could call everywhere fine, but when we called 411 (directory assistance) we had one-way voice.
