We have a 4515 MCU without warranty.
During the time when the warranty was in date we did not upgrade the software to version 4.5, instead the system is still loaded with the shipped
version 4.1.
The question is even though the warranty is out of date can we still access up to the version that was available when it was in date?
If yes please tell me how/ where to get these & key
If no please help me understand why not since the entitlement is there.

Hi Patrick
Our software is only available to customers that have a valid support contract. If the contract ends then they no longer have access or entitlement to new builds. If you renew your contract you will be able to download the 4.5 release

Hi Rory,
Thank you for the clarification.
At the time when the contract was live and valid we should have downloaded the latest version. That did not happen however we were entitled to it.
I dont understand why that entitlement is removed once the warranty is up.
Is there any way we can retrospectively access the version that was available when we were in warranty?
It seems like we paid all that money for nothing.
Thank you
Patrick
