Outlook 2003 contact on the IP Phone

I would like to find out if their is a way to have my Outlook contact/phone contact can be added to my IP Phone.

Enable the IP Phone Address Book Syncher plug in. This plug in will only synch to the Windows Server Address book not to Outlook 2003 Export your Outlook 2003 contacts to a comma delimited text and imported it to "Windows address book" and sync it and it will be availble in the web and in IP phone.
