What is the procedure for playing a message on an incoming call? Want to add something like.. “Your call maybe monitored for training ..." to inbound calls, preferably after the operator transfers the caller to certain extensions.
In order to play such an announcement you either have to create a CRA script and route the call through the script or create Unity call handler. CallManager by itself will not provide this functionallity.
