Outlook client

I have a question about an OutLook 2000 client. I moved an Exchange 5.5 system and upgraded it to Exchange 2000 for Voicemail and Unified Messageing. Now when a users launches Outlook the client sees the new mailbox but about ever 5 minutes they get a pop upbox that says that Outlook is trying to resync with the old exchange 5.5 server, but that server is removed. I have attempted to rebuild the profile serveal times and even reload Outlook but can't seem to get rid of the popup box. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hello -

It sounds like there is something cached or remaining in the client's registry that references the old 5.5 server, despite having rebuilt the profile. I found these interesting links on Microsoft's site, maybe they will be of use to you ...
