Does CCM offer some overflow function in WebAttendant based on the time the customers have jumped around in the Hunt Group. If customers have waited some specific time without beeing answered they will be routed to some person that will only get those overflowed calls.

This function is not available for WebAttendant huntgroups/pilot points. It is possible with third-party operator consoles such as that from Arc Solutions (www.arcsolutions.com/cisco).
