PA server location

It looks like I am going to have to install a PA server in a network that has the CallManager cluster in site-A and the Unity & Exchange servers across a 2M WAN link in site-B. I'm guessing I should place the PA server with the CM, can anyone confirm? I've been trying to find documentation concerning this but have not been able to.

Although this must read document on Planning for PA doesnt talk about the server location in detail, I would guess, it doesnt matter where you place it.
