Password Not Valid on Cisco Desktop Supervisor

Hi Everybody, i have an situation with Cisco Desktop Supervisor, I installed sucessfully the Cisco Desktop Agent and could logon with the supervisor user that i previously created, but, when i try to logon to the Cisco Desktop Supervisor with the supervisor user it send a message that says Invalid Password or Not Valid Password (i cannot remember the right sentence, but means the same).

I checked that the user is a supervisor at the Cisco Administrator Desktop and the User Mantenance on the CRA Administrator.

What could be causing the problem? If somebody have a clue from where to start ill apreciate it.

The password for supervisor is the name of supervisor, not the password you created in CCM. For example, your supervisor name is super01, then just type super01.
