Permanently turn the mute button ON, Disable microphone on 7960

Does anyone know how to permanently set the mute button to 'On' using a 7960. I am using Call Manager version 4.02a. Thanks.

You can disable the speakerphone/microphone from the main phone config, check the box 'Disable Speakerphone'. as far as the mute, I'm not sure about that one.
