I'm replacing an ICS 7750 by a MCS. And the hastname of the machine needs to be changed as the CM version (3.2.2c to 3.3.3).

So i can't backup the database and restore it on the new machine!

What i'm looking for is the place where the personal address-book is stored of the users so that i can copy it to the new system?

Can someone help me on this issue

Not sure if you still need this answered. The PAB and Speed Dials for the users are stored in the Directory (DCD, AD, Netscape).
