How many DN are associated with the Route point on the CCM?

I had an issue last week after an upgrade to 3.2 where there were 2 DN's associated with the same Route Point, worked prior to upgrade, and we had to make a seperate Route Point for each DN. Route Point would show as registered in the the CCM but Down in PA.

I've now got the interceptor ports up in the server status drop down menu and they show as registered in the call manager. But call screening still doesn't work.

Hi,

Interceptor ports have nothing to do with call screening. You need to define Media Ports for that, otherwise the call screening and forwarding to the VoiceMail won't work.

You configure Media Ports on the callmanager like that....

And add the number of ports to the PA in Servers->Server Configuration
