We have an issue with intermittant authentication errors (PD error) with users trying to access their personal directories.
We're on UCM v6.1(3) and users access personal directories via the directories menu.
Problems are users will receive a PD error message when trying to login or once logged in will have to login everytime they access personal directories.
Anyone come across this before? Help it's driving our users mad.

In Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.x, if the login to the personal directory fails with the PD Error Message error message, it can be because users had their pins set to change at next login. In order to resolve this issue, go to User Management > User Groups > Standard CCM End Users > Default password and disable it.

PINS are not set to change at next login. The problem is intermittant, so a user may find they can login with no problems, then another time PD authentication will fail.
