PG and Route Point Recovery

ICM 5, CCM3.3(3)sr4. When the CCM Subscriber to which the PG registers fails, or is reloaded, the Route Points do not recover to the redundant PG.

We have PGA and redundant PGB.

On CCM we have Publisher, subscribers A, B, C and D. CCM CallManager Group AC. The Route Points associate (via device pool) to CCM Group AC.

PGA expects to register with Subscriber A, PGB to Subscriber C.

What are configuration recommendations for this scenario?

You can try to upgrade the CCM or any pathch for the Route Point issue.

IPCC really doesn't care which CallManager in your cluster the Dialed Number/Route Point is registered to and I don't think that is your problem. It sounds to me like your Dialed Numbers to not register to the other PG. In your PG setup under the PIM configuration do you have both CM's configured? If so, are they seperated by a comma, a space, or a space then a comma? They should be seperated by a comma with no space. See the attached .jpg.
