this is the second client that has told me that once in awhile the phone will just keep ringing by itself /7960/ it works otherwise but it seems to just ring endlessly by itself
All of this logic is handled by CallManager rather than Unity. CCM traces are needed to figure this one out. The CallManager version will also be helpful.
