Maybe someone else have had the same problem. I have a Cisco CallManager 3.3(3), a 3725 router and a 3524 Switch PWR.
Everything is working fine, I just installed and configured everything, BUT, for some reason when someone call from outside to our phone numbers, if they hung up, the telephones will keep ringing, for some reason either the router or the CCM is not recognizing that the call ended, and keeps calling. I have FXO ports on the router, they are configured as MGCP ports. I tried with Groundstart and loopstart and no results. This does not happen with internal calls (7960 to 7960).
Any ideas of what might be happening here?
THANK YOU!

From what you describe, supervisory disconnect is the issue.
In general, this is a very good first place to start:

Thank you Dan!!!! I tried configuring the router with supervisory disconnect and IT WORKS!! it still keeps ringing for 6 or 7 times but it finally disconnects. I'll try to tune-up those setting to see if I can reduce the ringing to 2 or 3 times.
Thanks!
