Hello,
I have Cisco 7961 Phone and Plantronics CS60 headset.
When I try to connect the CS60 on the headset port of the 7961, It doesn't work.
How can I make it work ?
The CS60 us working well on handset port.

Check your phone load to see if it matches the CCM default. Also, check the 7961 config page for the device you are using - in "Product Specific Configuration" be sure the box is not checked for disabling speakerphone and headset.
Also answer calls with the headset button on the phone activated.

Hi Bastien,
Have you tried adjusting the little wheel on the side of the CS/60 base/charger? We don't use any CS/60's but we do use lots of CS/50's and the wheel setting of 4 works well with 7961's.
