Ports for non-cisco phone hubs

We have 4 phone hubs that are analog phones plug in, the hubs then plug into a 3560 switch. Is there anyway i can prioritize data that is connected to the ports? I hear the phone hubs can tag the data but the support and documentation for the product is not helpful. Can i just configure the ports to tag the packets?

In 3560 switch you can set QOS and type of service on them rather than opting for tagging.

you can also use auto qos voip trust command in 3560 switch.
