BARS 4.0.6 Error when backing up CER 1.2(3a)

Hello,

I'm runnning BARS 4.0.6 and get the following error every night when backing up CER:

[Error] Failed to copy \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\C$\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Ciscoer\Callhistory\Callrecords00015.Csv. File not copied to destination folder.

According to the BARS error messages, this means that the backup utility either doesn't have the correct permissions or the file is in use. I've checked the permissions and all appears to be correct. The file does not appear to be in use during the backup time either. Anyone have any suggestions?

CSCef35391: CER backup failed to copy callhistory>*.csv file.

It is cosmetic. The file is still open for writing and cannot be backed up.
