I have recently upgraded to ccm 3.2 and the tsp is now at 6.0.1. When I have 2 callers press the messages button, the second one gets a busy. However, if that second phone dials one of the other ports directly they get in fine. This is only happening on direct calls to check voicemail. If I place a call to check voicemail, then on the same phone place that call on hold and call someone else. That phones can roll to voicemail without a problem. Just message checking seems to be not rolling.

Marcus Mitchell
SR Voice Applications Engineer
NEC Business Network Solutions

I actually found the problem. When I upgraded to ccm 3.2 the voicemaildn number remained in the subscriber's database for some reason. Once I removed it from the subscriber database, no more issues. Thanks!
