Presence -CUPC error- Configuration for the service is invalid

Hi,

I have two users when trying to use CUPC, after login, they are not able to search directory.

We using lDAP

the error on "show health"

Server :      LDAP

Port:           XXX

status: Configuration for the service is invalid

version is 8.6.3.20802

Presence version is 8.0.4.10000-5

cucm version : 7.1.5

it works for all the users using the same and different version of CUPC!

any advice?

Hi,

I found the answers, so I put it here just in case if someone else comes with the same issue:

Go to the registery and find " Cisco System" under the "client service framework" create the following:

EnableNativeDirectoryProvider  SG value 1

and done!
