We have a few phones with 7914 side panels configured with 14 line appearances. The 14 lines aren't the persons primary line and when they ring, the phone of course displays the CID information and logs a missed call when the person doesn't answer. Is there a way to prevent the lines on the side panel from logging missed calls or displaying the CID information on the persons display? If possible we'd like to keep CID just not on the extra lines. I know it is an actual line on the person's phone and is behaving normally but they'd like me to investigate.
