Hi,
I am wondering if it is possible to recieve glare on a PRI. I am using a 6608 and CM 3.3
I am unable to find a doc on cco that would explain how to reduce glare on a PRI.

Hello,
there is a way where you can reduce the possibility of glare .When you add the 6608 bladed in the callmanager change the channel selection to "topdown" if the service proiver is bottom up and viceversa.

Since Top Down, and Bottom Up can be slightly confusing (is 23 the top or is 1?) I'm including this for clarity, and because the telco will often use alternative terms (decending and ascending). This info was taken from the CallManager Administration guide
Top Down selects ports in decending order i.e. from port 1 to port 23
Bottom Up selects ports in ascending order i.e. from port 23 to port 1
