What is a ballpark price for Unity 4.0 (this would include the price of Exchange 2k). The client would already have a server with windows 2k installed. Let's say for 12 users?

I didn't want to go the reseller route as of yet. Just thought someone might have made a recent purchase and had a very rough estimate for what the unity software would cost and for argument sake, lets say all of the bells and whistles are to be included. Is 12 grand a fair estimate for a shop of 20 people or is it more like 30 grand. I know this is rather elementary but it has a purpose.
