I have a user who, when they print to mail from a Word document, have the Outlook form pop up behind the document. They have to bring the Outlook mail form to the front to complete their fax. They are Unity 2.4.6.102 with Active Fax on the same box. The operating system they are using on the desktop is Win 98 with Outlook 2000. Any suggestions? There are other users with the same operating system and version of Outlook that are not experiencing any issues.<br><br>

I would guess that they have some sort of Windows configuration that's behind this. The fact that it's working as expected on other machines points to a client config issue. Some mouse drivers can do stuff like bring active windows to the foreground. Are there any programs running whose windows are set to 'always on top?'

Best way to investigate is to compare & contrast a working machine with a non-working one to see what's different.
