I installed Cisco PA, and everything is working fine. However, when I try to call people using the nicknames, it doesn't work. I copy a person from corporate directory in personal directory, give him a nickname, refresh speach recognition server, and when I try to make a phone call using nickname, it doesn't work. Speach recognition server refreshes every 02:00 am, but even after few days, it still doesn't work. I tried to change the nickname, to be different from first name, and also to limit the search to personal address book, by changing name dialing preference, it didn't help neither. Does anybody has any idea. I would appreciate it.
