Problem with AA application on CME

Hi,

I got this problem with aa application. I want, when call come from PSTN, caller hear the welcome prompt, and then, by drop-through option, send to one of the phones from hunt group.

But, it's not working for now.

When I placed call, only what I hear is some kind of noise, and no automated transfer is possible.

If I dial, at that moment, some internal number, the call will be transfer to that phone.

I have 2801 router with Cisco IOS Software, 2801 Software (C2801-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.3(14)T5

and CME 3.3

You need to use Using Basic Auto Call Distribution .

It's working now.

I put the very same configuration on another 2801 Router, and it's working just fine.
