Hi,
I am having problems with the CallDetailRecordDiagnostic in the CDR Table.
I get the following in the CMR Table for an outgoing call
VOIP gateway details
Parameter Destination

Packets Sent _
Octets Sent _
Packets Received _
Octets Received _
Packets Lost _

IP Phone details

QOS NA
10.2.1.1 is my VOIP gateway & 10.1.5.107 is my IP Phone.
I am getting CDR details of IP phone only but not for my VOIP Gateway.
Can i monitor CMR Details for my VOIP Gateway ?

Nope, gateways do not report the call connection statistics to the CM after the call is completed.

Thanks Dugrant. Is there anyway i can monitor the VOIP gateway for JItter, Latency, PacketLoss, MOS & other QOS factors ?
