I'm using E&M cards on a 3640 to tie 2 pabx together across a wan link. All has been ok, until recently when I noticed a high rate of packets across the link. Troubleshooting shows the high packet rate is originating from the E&M cards, though no one is making a call. The high packet rate is causing my cpu utilisation to increase. I'm wondering if the E&M cards have gone bad or what could be responsible for the large amount of packets flow. Does any one have any ideas?.
