Probleme with intercept from phone where the call came from

Environment is CCME, phone 7960 and 7920 and ATA where a bell is connected.

The customer has a bell ring as general ring. Whene the main phone is not taking the call, the call is rerouted to an ATA box where a bell is connected. The main phone can not intercept this call back to the main phone but any other phone can intercept it.

Any idea how to make that the maine phone get the call back.
